Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the barcode is clearly visible and the package is sealed correctly.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
